Saddle bone : Deformity is a rather old or colloquial name. The procedure is relatively safe. Many factors go into cost including where one lives, if procedure is done in an office or hospital, if there is anesthesiologist present or if being done under local anesthesia etc. Having insurance will keep costs down.

A lot: If elective procedure (due to a medical reason), correction of deformity to the top of your foot would cost thousands of dollars. If for cosmetic reasons, even more. The costs include hospital fees, nursing staff, anesthesia fees, surgeon fees, administration fees, equipment usage, supplies, etc.
