What to do if i have cloudy vision and there are halos and rainbows around lights?

Needs evaluation: Cloudy vision which cannot be corrected with eyeglasses or contacts, needs an evaluation by an ophthalmologist. Haloes and rainbows are clues to the problem being inside the eye.
