Glare and haloes: Could be from migraine, corneal edema, angle closure, and other conditions. Need more details, and an exam to get an accurate diagnosis.

Visual migraine: Are usually associated with visual disturbances that start in your central vision and expand outward. Glare and halos are not usually related to this visual phenomenon and indicative of other visual pathway abnormalities. Something as simple as dry eyes, to refractive error (glasses) to cataracts can cause the symptoms you are describing. A comprehensive eye exam will give you the solution.
