I'm having symptoms of a uti. do i have to get new pills or can i use the ones left over from last uti?

Not a good idea: You can have a much better chance of repeat UTI if you do not complete your antibiotic course. I check urines on patients at the beginning of treatment and then 4 days after the antibiotics to make sure it is cleared.
