Can you tell me how to know you have a sleeping disorder, or are well on your way to getting one?

Depends: Depends on the sleep disorder. If you refer to sleep apnea- snoring, excessive daytime sleepiness, fatigue, morning headaches, morning blurred vision, dry mouth upon awakening, night time reflux, and gasping for air during the night while sleeping all are symptoms of the disorder. If you feel you have such symptoms, it is best to consult a sleep medicine specialist in your area.
