Rumination is a real: problem. We worry we didn't do all we should have, as well as what we need to do tomorrow. We fret over things said & unsaid. It's as though we think we'll forget so our brain becomes like a hamster wheel, spinning, spinning. Try keeping a note pad next to ur bed & start writing ur worries there. They'll be there when u awaken from a good sleep, ready to tackle those problems. Sweet dreams!

Anxious ruminations.: Breath in slowly & deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to. If you haven't been assessed for your anxiety - that would be prudent.
