Exercise is great: And it can be as something as simple as just starting out with walking !!! Exercise doesn't have to be done in a gym or with dumbells/machines. It just requires physical motion! But remember, if you want to lose weight, the corner stone of weight loss for most comes from caloric restriction. But exercise provides some many benefits to your health so start by just getting up and moving.
