No: Interesting question but not all fat is created equal and the fat in our brain is very different from the type of fat in our muscles/abdomen etc. Our body is designed to know that our brain is a very essential organ and does not burn the fat in our brain for energy.

Do NOT worry: Exercise does not harm the brain unless you experience head injury or hypoxia due to your exercise program. The "fat" in the brain is part of our normal structure and allows our neurochemical-electrical functioning.
