Identify cause.: Leg swelling can be due to many factor. Compression stocking do help to reduce swelling but bandaids do nothing. More importantly, you need to find the cause of the swelling and treat the cause rather than the swelling which is the result. You should see a vein specialist for a full evaluation to diagnose the problem.

Compression stocking: compression stockings will help to prevent swelling, if they're placed on the legs prior to the legs being dependent.Appropriate pressure and sizing are important I am unclear as to Band-Aids helping
