Need to work with a: Dietician so you can eat in moderation and only healthy foodstuffs. Calories from eating should be equal to what your body gets rid off by activities of the day. So if your activities are less but eating is more than necessary, then obesity would result. Upper body activities will help, if the lower extremities ones cannot be done. It can be difficult but its a doable thing to do. Good luck.
