Needs evaluation: Impossible to say just from your symptoms. At 26, unless you are a very heavy smoker, have been smoking for a very long time, or have unusual sensitivity, it would be uncommon to have significant lung problems, but it is possible. Something else may be causing it as well. Only a health care provider, taking a history and doing an examination, plus getting necessary tests, can give you answers.
