RBCs,WBCs;platlets: Cbc(complete blood count)is done it will gives us information for total white cell count and count of differential cells like polymorphs, lymphocytes, monocytes in rbcs it gives us total rbc count and hemoglobin(tsts for anemia) also done is platlet count. If the test is in normal range there it is good. But abnormal test may indicate anemia, infections, and other diseases like lymphoma/leukemia.

Anemia etc: A CBC measures numbers of red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets. If you have low red blood cells, you have anemia. This can indicate chronic bleeding, nutritional deficits, hormone or bone marrow problems. White blood cells are abnormally high with certain infections and leukemia. It's good your test came back normal. Your dizziness isn't from anemia!
