Not necessarily: I can't think of anemia as a cause of diarrhea but chronic diarrhea can cause malabsorption, malnutrition and then anemia and they will then coexist. There are causes of diarrhea which can also coexist with anemia. It is best to have it evaluated and your doctor can explain the findings to you.
