Haven't heard: I haven't heard of any naturally occurring substances that increase the risk for twins. Being over 35 increases chances for twins, though, and i see you're 37. Good luck!

Slight underactive thyroid. On meds but doc sd to also increase iodine intake. I'm putting iodized salt on everything. Darker circles under eyes help.
