Pulse 120-130. had underactive thyroid 3 yrs, now massively over active (t3 (liothyronine) 37.8, tsh 0.03) 3 weeks since last test (t3 (liothyronine) was 18.7).

Dose adjustment: Please see your doctor to adjust the dose of your medication. You do seem to have hyperthyroid state and would benefit form reducing the dose of your thyroid medication, however, i urge you to consult your doctor rather than adjusting the dose by yourself.
