Frustrating: Sorry, it can be frustrating for sure. Step 1) is your underactive thyroid corrected? See a doctor to be sure. Step 2) try using a home OPK for the next month or two, start testing maybe 12 days from the start oe your period and see if it helps you. Step 3) see a gynecologist or fertility doctor as soon as you'd like - call today if you want - for help!
