Need more or change?: Sorry to hear of your trouble. All testings negative = reassuring. Ocd is a form of excessive anxiety and seemingly you have some form of that, and some so called irrational fear. Not sure what medicine you are on for ocd, but i would recommend discussing with doc about adjusting dosage and/or adding med to alleviate your symptoms. There are many medications available these days. Good luck.

PHOBIA: Phobias are very treatable with psychotherapy by a Clinical Psychologist who has expertise in multiple forms of treatment. if you don't have a physical illness, consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM sessions. Fears and anxiety could be heightened due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Stay safe & hopeful to elevate your immune system.
