CBT, acupuncture: Cognitive behavioral training aka back school or work hardening. Acupuncture, tens and other alternative therapy. Spinal cord stimulators, intra thecal pumps. There are a spectrum of options depending on patient comfort and determination.

Depends: At your age, I am surprised you've already done all of these things. But if that is the case, you may want to speak with your pain specialist about spinal cord stimulation as an option for pain control/relief or if surgery is a real possibility.
