RU B -ing literal?: I assume you don't really mean that you're worried about your sister having a stroke over stress? I suspect you're concerned for your sister's preoccupation with your mother's illness - no doubt a stress for all involved. A 3rd party may be helpful: clergy, family friend, social worker, nurse or doctor. Setting limits and boundaries can help. Bring in other family members for a conference too.

Mustache in female: Facial hair usually develops in women who have an imbalance of their hormones or in healthy people of different backgrounds. A visit to her pediatrician or general physician can help her determine if her symptoms are because of a medical problem, or because of her heritage. Once this is known, treatments to minimize the appearance of facial hair can be discussed.
