Ok so my mom had a stroke back in january, she was prescribed 3 months worth of her meds, she also hasnt had insurance, she wont have it til may, and she needs a refill on her meds, the dr from the hospital cant refill her meds, what can i do?

Primary care doc: Your mother needs a primary care doc and/or a neurologist. A referral was likely made at the time of the discharge at one of the local community offices. Her situation is such that without a primary care physician that can coordinate all her needs you will be left with the only option to take her back to the hospital and that’s the most risky and expensive move you want to make at this point.
