I am worried about herbal supplements that are put in a plastic capsule , does this realy cause health problem?

Plastic capsules???: I have never seen any supplement in a plastic capsule. In the United States capsule are either made from gelatin or from vegetable cellulose. Both are quite safe. I can't imagine anyone putting herbs in a plastic capsule, as plastic is not safe to ingest and it would never dissolve. Read the label- it should say gelatin or cellulose. If it says plastic don't take it!
