NO herbals: OCD is defined as a obsessive condition with compulsive tendencies. There are some meds specifically therapy that are in the SSRI family. I would not take any herbals as these are not studied and ST Johns wort is not appropriate for this. See your doctor and get the best advice. Most appropriate would be to see a psychiatrist.
