Rhinitis: Hello. I would recommend a decongestant such as afrin (oxymetazoline). Use as directed for 5 days. After spraying the afrin (oxymetazoline), follow with saline irrigation. Not a mist but a cleaning/irrigation. Your pharmacist can help you find the rinse. Continue the antihistamine. If no improvement, then see your doctor.
