"Cold" protocol...: Could be just the usual "Common Cold" in which case the usual "Cold" protocol of Drinking Warm Fluids, Hot Chicken/other soups, OTC Analgesics- Paracetamol/Tylenol/Ibuprofen- Warm Air Humidifier or Steam inhalation for Stuffy Nose, Salt water/Vinegar Gargle. OTC decongestants/ cough meds are also appropriate and will give one a head-start. Then see PCP/ get a Covid-19 test/Vaccine to be sure.
