I have 5 days with a body temperature 37.3 - 37.5 c , sometimes goes back to normal 36.3 - 36.5 c. first 3 days i was with a sore throat, phlegm in throat that is difficult to go out, a bit of headache and blocked nose.

Doctor can examine: Throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies, post-nasal drip from sinusitis, or other viruses. Usually, one sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep infection).
