GFR calculator: The national kidney foundation recommends using the ckd-epi creatinine equation (2009), which is available online at http://www.Kidney.Org/professionals/kdoqi/gfr_calculator.Cfm the GFR for the above numbers are 39 and 47 ml/min /1.73m^2. The calculator also includes adjustments for height and weight.
