A member asked:

What are those vitamin waters good for?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hydration: If you eat a regular diet it is unlikely you are deficient in any vitamin. Extra vitamins do not help in any way, but in those doses are unlikely to harm. On the other hand if you are thirsty water is almost always a good "solution." vitamin water is as good as any. Pun intended.
