For the chemotherapy, what is the indication of glucocortisone being added much as prednisolone? no related to inflammation right?

Depends on tumor typ: The rationale for the steroid used is dependent on the particular tumor that is being treated. For some like lymphoma-part of the actual treatment is the steroid as the tumors are responsive to it. In brain tumors, the steroids decrease the surrounding brain edema. Steroids may also be used to decrease the nausea that is associated with chemotherapy.
