Which has lesser side effects for short term use for inflammation (1 week). oral steroids like prednisolone/medrol or nsaid like ibuprofen/naproxen?

Nsaid: Oral steroids carry a cumulative effect and have serious long term side effects. Nsaids are good for short spurts.
