Can't answer: Unfortunately, i can't imagine anybody actually answering your question by telling you to undergo surgery on the internet or an app. Only a doctor that examines you can answer that question. Because you have to make sure that there is nothing else causing the glare. Keep in mind, that corneal surgery such as lasik, actually sometimes makes the glare worse. Talk to your surgeon again.

LASIK and wavefront: Surgery might help, but there are a few more details to discuss with your surgeon. How long have you had bad glare? Have you had corneal refractive surgery already and this is an enhancement? 0.6 is a significant number, and should improve with good on axis treatment, but glare could be due to poor glasses, dry eyes, refractive error like astigmatism--also treatable, or cataract. Check details.
