It is possible to have normal children with HIV. You should be on medication to reduce the chances of passing the virus to your wife and children. Your wife should also take medication for prevention of transmission of virus, I mean pre exposure prophylaxis if she does not have HIV or take medication also if she is already infected. See a doctor that knows about HIV in your area.

Agree with Dr. A. Current treatment, taken regularly, can reduce the HIV level to undetectable levels. If one can maintain that, then it is not only possible, but likely to have a normal baby and not transmit the infection to the wife.
