Check with MD: You should check with your oby/gyn doctor and your dentist before taking any meds during pregnancy as many are passed through the placental barrier to the fetus.

Paracetemol: Paracetemol (Acetaminophen/Tylenol) is the analgesic of choice when pregnant. Imperative that you discuss all medications with your OBGyn and your Dentist before taking. Follow package instructions to the letter, do not take more or more often than instructed. In the meantime, cold compresses may help. Also, rinse & spit out 3x/day w 1tsp salt in 8oz warm water. Pain will begin to ease off soon.
