Last week when i was in the er for pains after a ultrasound the dr told me i had small pockets of blood in my placenta i'm i'm now 19wks could it dissolve on it's own?

OB/GYN: You must see your doctor to repeat the ultrasound and monitor. It could be very dangerous to you and your fetus if you dont get properly monitored.

Possible: It is not uncommon to have pockets of blood in or around the placenta. That is not abnormal and probably had nothing to do with whatever pain you had. Most women do have sharp ligament stretching pains at about 20 weeks.
