Abnormal Paps: Yes. I am worried as well. What happened after your abnormal pap? Weren't you offered a colposcopy and treatment? Did you get your gardisil vaccination? There should be absolutely no progress to cancer if you are getting the right gyn care.

Likely unrelated: You should pursue gynecological care for the Pap smear. The calcium should be rechecked. If persistently elevated, you should have a biochemical screen for primary hyperparathyroidism which would consist of pth, 25 hydroxyl vitamin D, mag, phos, and creatinine.
