Unlikely: For females that have had normal pap smears and one as recent as one year, it is very unlikely to have cervical cancer. However, it is normal to have discharge postpartum. Additional info in terms of other symptoms may lead to a different diagnosis if it is concerning for a condition other than normal postpartum discharge.
