Very unusual: If you truly cannot remember anything in your childhood, i would wonder if there was some traumatic event that occurred. If your memory of recent events is normal, and you can recall things that happened last week, your inability to recall your childhood would possibly mean that there may have been events that were traumatic or upsetting. Perhaps seeing a psychiatrist would be helpful.
