It all depends: How old is the woman and how young is the man. In any relationship the key issue is making sure that both parties are able to enter the relationship with an understanding of what is involved and the ability to say no. So if there is a big difference in age or power it can be a problem. On the other hand, assuming both folks are mature adults, the answer is no.
