This is a public information site that does not let us see any uploaded material. The lack of health care you describe would be considered medical neglect which should be reported to CPS. Qll states have anonymous reporting laws that protect the reporting party from civil or criminal prosecution if the report is made in good faith. Not your kid, we cannot suggest RX for that reason.
