Stomach empties fast: Most people's stomachs empty at the rate of 1-2 hours after liquids, 3-6 hours after solids. Carbohydrates ; proteins exit faster than fats. Large meals take longer to empty than frequent grazing on small low fat meals. You may have a fast metabolism (check thyroid level), or rapid GI transit, or your meals are formulated to accelerate emptying. Add some calories from fat to improve satiety.
