I work nights, so i eat dinner around 6pm and don't really get a break while at work to eat... i'm usually nauseous by about 6am. is that because it's been 12 hours since i've eaten a full meal?

Hi, although there are many different causes for nausea, low sugar, or electrolyte abnormality caused by dehydration from prolonged fasting can cause nausea as well. You can bring some easy to eat snacks and make sure you stay hydrated when working to see if that helps. If not, you should see a doctor.
