Yes it is possible: It is possible you have c diff infection causing your symptoms 7 weeks after stopping the antibiotics.You should get a stool test for c diff toxin in your stool and if positive get it treated.Meanwhile make sure you drink plenty fluids to prevent dehydration if the test is negative than loose stools caused by another cause.
