I had stomach cramps on thursday and yesterday and today i had the urge to go to the loo. when i did, i passed light brown watery stools.

Sounds like a: stomach bug or u could have eaten something off. I would manage this symptomatically. You should increase your fluid intake and change to a simple carb diet.Go to doc if symptoms persist for days or fever, bloody stools,or severe abdominal pain and vomiting appear.
