Without an exposure would be diarrhea by itself does not make me suspicious Covid. Any respiratory symptoms cop chest pain shortness of breath? If these are not present you should not worry about Covid. Continue the usual precautions increase fluids for the next couple days to make up for your lossesAnd continue to monitor your symptoms.
