Visit your doc or ER: If the surrounding area of erythema has grown that large, you need to have the infection drained. Make sure you bring any medication you are on, and be able to tell your physician your allergies and medical history. Depending on where the bite is it could necessitate immediate treatment. A normal medical office can also help you with this. Fever or expanding redness a sign to go to ER.
