Forgive my frankness: Hwbc and lrbc are not standard medical abbreviations. In the era of lmao and bff, you need to clarify. If you mean low red blood cells, you have an anemia and need to have the reason found rather than go on a cancer chase. Ca-125 is a bad screen if your pelvic exam is normal -- do you want unnecessary surgery? Instead, consider a brca1 / brca2 check, perhaps p53 / other gene screens.
