Sleep study: This is not new, but your insomnia may be from not breathing properly in attempting to get to sleep. There are many reasons for poor sleep. I would consider keeping a diary of your nutrition, meds, supplements and activities daily. If you have a really good night of sleep, look at the diary and see if there are clues.
