Please explain what are the side effects of switching from brand name adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) xr to the generic version?

Generally none: Some people have complained that one of the generic brands which i cannot mention here does not last as long as the brand name. I simply tell them to ask for a different generic brand and the pharmacies are usually willing to comply if necessary and the they feel like what they are getting is equivalent to the brand name. It is expensive enough as it is without having to pay the cost if the brand.
