Be careful: Steroids and adhd don't mix well. Irritability, depression, euphoria can occur with steroids. There are no direct pharmacological interactions. But clinical issues could be significant. One needs to weigh potential benefit with adverse effects in using both. Please check with your doctor to see if using both is tolerable in your case.

NO: If you mean methylprednisolone, the generic for cadista, then no, there are no known interactions report, based on the epocrates database used by physicians. However, if you feel you are feeling side-effects, it could be from one of the individual medications so see your doc to see if a dosage change or med switch is in order. Good luck.
