What are ways to help severe nerve pain down back of right thigh?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Physical therapy: It sounds like you are having radiating pain down the back of the right thigh. This may be the result of a "pinched nerve" or radiculopathy. The general measures used first are conservative treatments like mild pain medications, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, physical therapy. If it does not improve, your doctor may order an MRI scan to evaluate for possible herniated disc as the cause.
