Ice and rest: Why is your left side in pain and not your right? Is this muscle soreness or did you strain an area. Normal working out can cause muscle soreness, but it should be symmetrical. First is to figure out why you have this pain on one side and not the other, rest, ice and most importantly, fix the reason.
